ISBL can provide you with access to expert support from experienced practitioners, consultants and mentors. Whether you need guidance, advice or reassurance, help is available when you need it. If you would like to be put in touch with an ISBL Fellow for mentoring or support, please email training@ceoe.org.uk.
ISBL also work with a number of providers of formal coaching and mentoring qualifications, if you are looking to undertake formal training and professional development.
Develop a Coaching Approach to Leadership
In partnership with Leadership Edge, access coaching programmes that enhance personal wellbeing, professional agency and relational trust for you and your colleagues.
✔️ Engage in PURE Coaching yourself to explore your own agenda, build confidence in your leadership approaches, and take meaningful action, or
✔️ Embark on the Leadership Edge 3-Tier Coaching Accreditation Programme to learn the skills of coaching colleagues, fostering critical thinking, innovation, and a collaborative mindset in your school:
Tier 1 (Foundation Stage) is a starting point for developing a clear and consistent understanding of what quality coaching is and what it achieves.
Tiers 2 & 3 offer further opportunities to build internal coaching capacity and start to shift culture, through Practitioner Coach and Lead Coach accreditations.
Leadership Edge Associates have backgrounds in leadership across the sector, from EYFS to H.E. Delivery is 1:1 and tailored to your specific context, timescales and needs
