The Level 7 Advanced Diploma is ideally suited to people professionals wanting to refine their strategic capability and thinking. If you have worked in HR for a number of years and wish to support your experience with a qualification and gain CIPD Chartered Membership, this is the professional development route for you.

As well as providing a recognised professional CIPD qualification, the programme helps to acquire a wide range of relevant, practical skills and strategies that can be applied in your school or trust.

The programme enables learners to lead on the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function for which they are responsible, as well as underpin and develop their strategic knowledge, allowing them to add value to their school or trust

The programme also enables learners to substantiate their experience and provide professional assurance with an accredited CIPD qualification which can be used to apply for Chartered CIPD status.
